Return and Cancellation Policy

At Reloved Gadgets, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your refurbished phone or need to cancel your order, please review our return and cancellation policy below:

1. Returns:
a. Refund Eligibility:

• You may return your refurbished phone within 2-7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. (Depending upon the category of the product)
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, with security seal, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Any accessories, documentation, or promotional items included with the product must also be returned in their original condition.

b. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Pack the product securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

c. Refund Processing:

• Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria.
• If the return is approved, and item is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Cancellations:
a. Cancellation Window:

• You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours from the time of purchase, provided that the order has not already been shipped.

b. Cancellation Process:

• To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.
• If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
• If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process upon receiving the product.

3. Warranty:
a. Refurbished Phone Warranty:

• All refurbished phones sold by Reloved Gadgets come with a 7 days to 6 months warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• If you encounter any issues with your refurbished phone during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

4. Exceptions:
a. Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items, such as software or downloadable products, may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature.
• Customized or personalized items may also be non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
